The season runs from mid-October to mid-February, with a break over the Christmas period, and our games are Twenty20 format (20 overs a side) and One-Day games (40 overs a side).
We have two senior women's sides:
- 1st Grade - competes in the Twenty20 competition and Kookaburra Cup 40-over competition on Sunday afternoons on turf wickets
- Development/2nd Grade - nine players per side and Twenty20 matches on Monday evenings (with some Sunday double-headers) on synthetic wickets, with the purpose to provide playing opportunity for participants who due to age, ability or experience are not yet ready to participate in Women's 1st Grade.
Our 1st Grade side is captained by Hobart Hurricanes captain Sasha Moloney, and coached by fellow Hurricane Katelyn Fryett. We welcome new players, of all skill levels, to join our enthusiastic team members. Our Female members are also heavily involved in our club social events.
