The official ladders are available on the TCA's Competition Management System


Allocation of points (Two day games).
Win outirght and 1st. innings lead - 10 pts.
Win outirght and 1st. innings tie - 9 pts.
Win outirght and behind on 1st. innings - 8 pts.
Win on 1st. innings and no further result - 6 pts.
Tie outright - 6 pts.
Tie on 1st. innings and no further result - 3 pts.
Loss outright after 1st. innings lead - 4 pts.
Loss outright after 1st. innings tie - 2 pts.
Draw - 0 pts.

* Teams on equal points are to be separated by the following quotient (supplied by the TCA)
(a) Divide the total number of runs scored by a team by the total number of wickets lost by that team.
(b) Divide the total number of runs scored against a team by the total number of wickets taken by that team .
(c) Divide the former (a) by the latter (b)
(d) The team having the highest quotient shall be considered to have the better performance.
The TCA could have put this in a simpler form - team batting average divided by team bowling average.

(Should the first day of all 2 day games be cancelled in any Grade the games become a limited overs game on the second day in that Grade.)


Allocation of points (Kookaburra Cup/limited overs games).
Win - 6 pts.
Tie - 3 pts.
Loss - 0 pts.
No result (Kookaburra Cup) - 2 pts.
No result (other grades) - 0 pts.

The internationally recognised 'bonus points' sytem will be introduced this season.
If teams finish on equal points then their position is determined on a 'head to head' basis.
