Meet the Lions Sponsors (#2) - Ray White Real Estate (Eastern Shore).



We are pleased to announce that Ray White Eastern Shore has joined us as a major sponsor for the upcoming season.

Ray White is a respected national brand with over 100 years in the real estate industry and over 800 offices nationally and overseas. A measure of the Ray White marketing power is the statistic of 45,000 property viewings per day through the Ray White web site - www.raywhite.com

As well as providing casual polo shirts for all of our senior players Ray White Eastern Shore is offering to all University Cricket Club members, players, former players and administrators, supporters, parents of current players and associates a 10% discount/rebate on the R.E.I.T. recommended scale applied on the sale of a property. The 10% reduction of Ray White Eastern Shore's commission will be made up of a 5% discount of the overall commission applied (a real cash saving to the vendor) and a donation of 5% to the University Cricket Club on the approval of the vendor. The 5% donation will be by way of payment to the club from Ray White Eastern Shore and a letter confirming the vendor's sponsorship. A letter of appreciation will be sent from the club to the individual who has generously agreed to the sponsorship payment being made to the club.

Put simply, let's say your property is sold by Ray White Eastern Shore for around $300,000. The club will benefit by around $600 and the property vendor will directly save the same amount! The more you support Ray White Eastern Shore - the more you support the club!

In order to trigger the sponsorship arrangement, you must contact the office on 03 6244 2111 or Gavin Shaw on 0419 317 807. Gavin is a highly respected former player of the club and currently an assistant coach at the club. He is based at Ray White Eastern Shore but contact him first, regardless of where your property is located, and mention the University Cricket Club in order to claim the discount and initiate the donation to the club. Please note that whilst Ray White Eastern Shore is based in Rosny Park, they specialise in Property Marketing and Property Management throughout all areas of Southern Tasmania.
