Scooter to revisit his Darwin haunts.


For the second year running Scott 'Scooter' Nichols will head off to Darwin with the TIS/Tigers team to take part in the 'Institute Challenge'.

All State and Territories will again take part in a series of 40 over games, with all but two players in each team under the age of 23. The Tassie guys will also play four games after the series againt the Northern Territory and ACT teams.

Scooter is one of only three of the TIS/Tigers team who is not a State contracted player this year so he will have a wonderful opportunity to hone his skills, learn from them and be raring to go for Uni. when the season starts.

We're sure that Scooter will do well on the field and more than hold his own in the inevitable meetings of the Darwin stubbies!
