Uni. unveil the Century Club.

The 2007/2008 T.C.A. season will soon be upon us and this season the T.U.C.C. is again giving former players and administrators, parents and friends of current players and supporters the opportunity to support the club in a very tangible way.

We invite you to become a member of our supporters group or to sponsor the club or to purchase a ticket to the inaugural UTAS Lions Luncheon.

This season our supporters group will be known as the T.U.C.C. Century Club and subscriptions for the season will be $100.

The inaugural UTAS Lions Luncheon will be held on Saturday, 15th December 2007 in the Premiership Room at the Bellerive Oval during the one-day domestic fixture between the Tasmanian Tigers and the Victorian Bushrangers. Click here to view the flyer for this event.

Century Club membership entitles the member to one ticket to the luncheon. Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket to the UTAS Lions Luncheon, for $80, without taking up membership of the Century Club.

To become a member of the Century Club or to purchase a ticket to the UTAS Lions Luncheon or to sponsor the club then simply complete application form and send it, along with your payment, to the address outlined on the application form by Friday, 16th November 2007.

Century Club members are also entitled to reduced prices on beverages at the clubrooms. A membership card will be sent to you and you can present this card at the bar.

The funds raised by the Century Club and the UTAS Lions Luncheon in this season will be used to offset the running costs of our new bowling machine and, if we raise sufficient funds, to purchase a second bowling machine.

Last season was the second season of our supporters group and the response from our former players, administrators and supporters was extremely encouraging.

72 people joined our supporters group last season and we hope to reach 100 members in the Century Club this season. It will certainly be a memorable hundred when we reach it!
