(Day 1). No play. (Day 2). Good day guys Bad luck on Sunday, All though we lost on the day & batted first, I feel as a team we can and we are getting well seasoned coming into the finals, which will stand us in good shape to be a competitive side. Well done Fenna for your 4 wickets. Hugh, well done, you are doing a good job, keep it up There where signs of some good partnerships forming , good signs of quick calling between the wickets & those vital singles being taken, which forces the other side to make errors, lets keep working on those and watch our scores grow. Some things that you guys might want to know Out of 12 rostered matches we have played 11 We have won 6 and lost 5 We have played 3 two day games and only played 1 with a full side, but not with our full U/17 team where we batted right through to number 11 The remaining games have been played as a 1 day matches, these have been a mixed bag of players from U/17, U/15 and anyone that been kind enough to help us out on the day to make up the 11 when we could. Only one of these games have we lost 10 wickets . You guys know that every thing I say just comes out perfect & understandable , well you better or I might just have to do some bonding, well this time I am saying hang in there because there is a lot of potential in this side and on the right day we will take some beating. |
