Well done guys on a good win, A bit shaky to start, with the loss of some quick wickets, but that's cricket. Hugh settled the team down with a good captains knock, setting up some reasonable partnerships. well done Hugh for your fifty. Then came OLLLLI, it was nice to see Olli hit his straps at a good time with a great innings of 65 not out. There was some nice running between wickets and its great to see you guys pushing, thinking & planning on what you want to achieve out on the ground. I`m pretty sure by the time the finals are here we will be a pretty mean side to contend with. Well done to all the bowlers today who had a bowl, great job. Bad luck for the guys who didn't, this only shows that we have a lot of guys to pick from and a lot of talent to spare. I would like to thank Kev & Josh today for the effort they put in and it is extremely appreciated. Kev & Josh will be in our side again next week to bond with Kingston at Kingston Beach Thanks guys |
