The Under 15 Uni team had a strong win in the weekend. After scoring 247 batting in the first week Uni`s best batters were Thomas Whitton with 66 , David Readett with 53 and Ben Read with 35. With the ball Uni struggled early and North Hobart were 2 for 100 after 24 overs., then 3 for 154, but Uni then started to apply the pressure and North Hobart collapsed to be all out for 169 in reply. Best bowling for Uni was 6 for 23 by David Readett and Richard Lovell with 2 for 2. Uni then batted out the day. |
